I am so grateful for the assistance that Madera Workforce provided me. I am no longer a young adult burdened with student loans, and I am earning good wages and am financially stable.

I’m incredibly thankful for my amazing Career Specialist, who supported me every step of the way and always checked in to see how things were going. I know that if I return to school again, I can always count on the Madera Workforce Center for guidance and support.

Madera Workforce has helped me improve my skills, gain knowledge, and given me the opportunity to start a career in the manufacturing sector.

I wasn’t sure what path to take, but with the support I received, I found a career I’m proud of and a future I’m excited about.

It’s me against me. Once I stopped making excuses and focused on what I wanted, everything started to change.

I faced several challenges before I could even start the program, from waiting on my license to joining the class late. But I refused to give up. I stayed committed, worked hard, and proved to myself that persistence pays off. Now I’m proud to be living my dream as a bus driver with Golden Valley School District.

I didn’t know what to expect when I joined the training program, but I learned so much and felt supported the whole way. Today, I’m excited to be a school bus driver for Madera Unified School District.
