The Workforce Development Board has established these policies in alignment with the requirements of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), and other State and Federal guidance. The policies apply to the Madera County Local Workforce Development system, and any WIOA-funded service provider, subcontractor, or subrecipient.
