On-The-Job Training (OTJ)
Train new employees while they work, with structured support and potential wage reimbursement to help offset training costs.
Through OJT, eligible employers may receive partial reimbursement for wages during the training period, allowing new hires to build skills in real time while contributing to your business. Training plans are developed around the specific role, so employees gain valuable experience in your workplace, not in a classroom.
Incumbent Worker Training (IWT)
Invest in your current employees by providing training that strengthens skills, improves performance, and supports long-term retention.
Incumbent Worker Training helps employers upskill existing staff through targeted training programs that align with business needs. This may include technical skill development, certifications, or industry-specific training, often with cost-sharing opportunities that make it easier to invest in your team while maintaining day-to-day operations.
Customized Training
Develop training tailored to your specific business needs, industry requirements, or operational goals, ensuring your workforce is equipped with the right skills for the job.
Customized Training is designed in partnership with your business to address specific skill gaps or operational priorities. Programs can be developed for new or existing employees and may be delivered through local training providers, allowing you to align workforce development directly with how your business operates.
Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships provide a structured pathway to develop skilled employees through a combination of paid, on-the-job training and related instruction. This model helps employers build a reliable talent pipeline, reduce turnover, and train employees to meet specific industry standards.
Supported Employment
Supported employment services help employers connect with individuals who may need additional support to succeed in the workplace. We work to ensure both the employer and employee have the resources needed for a successful placement, including guidance, accommodations, and ongoing support when appropriate.
